Please read carefully as rates and procedures have been updated for 2025.

I am currently finishing the following items: Ornaments, coasters, magnets, acrylic stand up style, or door hangers.

• Extra rows on irregular shapes are encouraged! They can really make your stitching pop. 2 - 3 rows is perfect.

• Ornament and coaster finishing currently start at $50. Irregular shapes are $55-$65. Acrylic stand finishes start at $60. Larger items (like the Lepoint Christmas Village) start at $75 each. If you are unsure about what the cost might be, send a picture to thebateswoodcompany@gmail.com and I'm happy to give you a quote.

• Turnaround time is about 8 - 12 weeks.

• There is no Christmas deadline; projects will be finished in the order they are received. This means that items might be returned before Christmas.

• I currently do not offer embroidery on back fabric.

• I stock mostly cottons for back fabric; no silks, moire or velvets. If you would like a specialty fabric, you are welcome to send it with your canvas or I'm happy to refer you to another finisher.

• Blocking is not necessary.

• I use standard DMC Embroidery thread for cording. If you are interested in other particular thread for cording, additional rates will apply.

• Loyalty cards are included in all finishing. Purchase 10 finishes and the 11th is free. Please note: I do not keep track of your loyalty cards and am therefore not responsible for lost cards. If you don't send it with each shipment, I always send a new one.

• First-time orders earn a free "Stitch Your Heart Out" sticker.

• Letter & number beads are 50 cents/bead.

• Invoices are emailed once projects are approved. They are payable by credit card. Finished items are shipped once your invoice has been paid.
