Thank you for your interest in having your canvases finished with Bateswood Needlepoint!

Please read carefully as rates and procedures have been updated for 2026.

I am currently finishing the following items:

• Ornaments: padded front & back

• Coasters: padded front, less padded back, no loop in cording

• Door Hangers: padded fronts & back, cording from exterior corners/ends for hanging on a knob

• Acrylic stand finishes (+$10): padded front & back, no loop in cording, sewn pocket on the back to accommodate an acrylic holder (invoiced separately)

• Extra rows on irregular shapes are encouraged! Ask me how they should be stitched.

• Ornament and coaster finishing currently start at $50. Irregular shapes are $55-$65. Acrylic stand finishes start at $60. Larger items (like the Lepoint Christmas Village) start at $75 each. • Turnaround time is about 8 - 12 weeks.

• There is no Christmas deadline; projects will be finished in the order they are received. This means that items might not be returned before Christmas.

• I currently do not offer embroidery on back fabric.

• I stock mostly cottons for back fabric; no silks, moire or velvets. If you would like a specialty fabric, you are welcome to send it with your canvas or I'm happy to refer you to another finisher.

• Blocking is not necessary.

• I use standard DMC perle cotton for cording. If you are interested in other particular thread for cording, either send it along or additional rates will apply.

• UPDATED FOR 2026: Loyalty cards are being retired for 2026. If you currently have one, I am happy to honor it but will not be issuing new ones.

• UPDATED FOR 2026: Shipping will be applied after packing label is printed. Cost starts at $7.

• Letter & number beads are 50 cents/bead.

• Invoices are payable by credit card and are sent once items are finished.
